ANALYSIS
Scoping sessions enable us to all engage all stakeholders from the beginning and helps define the time, budget and necessary outcomes from the project.
The Scope of work is the defining document that the whole project team will use to execute the project and clearly shows the finished product or service.
Process flow Diagrams enables the project team to have a visualization of the project aims, constraints and supporting services. in one place.
Budgeting and time studies can be requested depending on a project's complexity and urgency.
DESIGN
Pre-FEED design is used to provide concept solutions to the projects aim. The benefit of a pre-feed design is refining the budget and timeline while enabling technical staff to give their input.
FEED design uses the chosen concept and the scope of work document to create a set of standards and approved material the design team will follow to create the detailed design. At this stage the equipment and manpower BOQs are created
Detailed design takes into account all of the above design documents and applies them to the real-world application or area the project will be taken in.
3D & AR Modelling can be utilized at any of the above steps depending on need. At the pre-FEED and FEED stage the drawings are 'sketched' out to provide a visualization of the space being used. At the detailed design phase such services as BIM and REVIT are used in preparation for the installation team to receive.
SUPPLY
Tender Contracts are created at this stage to commercialize the project for subcontractors and optimize the cost control.
Manpower Supply can be provided at this stage in preparation for the install phase of the project. Critical roles at this stage are various field managers and document controllers.
Purchase Consulting can be used when you need to engage with equipment and package suppliers and choose the best solution for your project.
Procurement is the purchasing of all materials for a project. Our procurement network includes field offices in the US, UK, Germany and China which enable us to talk locally with manufacturers. Also, our team is experienced with export control law and freight optimization to ensure all standards are followed and best pricing can be achieved.
INSTALL
Turnkey construction will utilize the full capability of ADSIS and allow Conex's technical team made up of project managers, engineers, supervisors, and tradesman to complete your project as a one-stop solution.
Supervise only contracts can be arranged for OEM manufacturers to attend the site to carry our specialist works or if a particular project needs a short-term experienced supervisor for an existing team.
Commissioning staff can verify installation is completed correctly and follow the OEM procedures on equipment for bring the project 'online'.
Workshops can be arranged on or off site ready for the client team to take control of the service or area.

Training of staff on current or future updates of installed equipment.
Talent acquisition of key staff required to run your facility.
Facility management including all maintenance and consumable supplies.
Service desk support including patch management and 24/7 help desks.
